Our directors aren't just figureheads; they're hands-on leaders actively involved in the day-to-day running of our business. This approach dates back to our foundation in 2007, born from a desire to challenge the status quo prevalent in multinational vending companies. What follows is an open letter from our Managing Director, shedding light on the unique ethos and values that define the way we operate at Automatic Refreshments.

An open letter from our Managing Director

We have built our business on the traditional values of putting great service before profit. My fellow directors and I are involved in the day to day running of the business and have over 20 years of experience of the vending industry each.I believe that if we deliver our promise, we will have a successful partnership that meets both companies’ business requirements.

Word of mouth is, as we all know, the best reference any business could have. Unfortunately, this does not happen in our business world very often, therefore mixing both good and bad vending companies in the same starting line.The thing that sets each vending company apart is the level of quality and service provided; many companies offer the same machines and the same products, but our ethos is that we believe we beat them on service and maintenance.

To support what we do, our sales managers can provide a list of sites and contacts where we fully manage and they will be pleased to support our claims.We believe that long after you have selected your machines and maybe saved a few pennies along the way – It will be the service provided that is the most important thing. Our team are selected carefully and undergo regular training and work alongside each site to meet their individual needs.

Customers are at the very heart of our business, the fellow directors and I often sit down to review our practices and our entire team here at Automatic Refreshments abide to our customer charter, which has been the key focus of our business from day one.

– To fully understand and deliver customers needs
– To commit to profit through service and not put profit before service
– To provide operators and engineers that are fully trained and understand your work ethic
