Automatic Refreshments was founded in 2007 by Adam Bates, Alison McKenna and Allan Sperry who had all worked for big multi national vending companies. Fed up with falling service standards they decided that customers deserved better and set out to create a vending company with a difference, delivering on the promises made to customers.

Since our inception, we've been proudly based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, a location chosen not just for its charm but also for its strategic advantages. Our proximity to major motorways enables us to swiftly dispatch our operators and engineers to our customers throughout the Midlands & South Yorkshire, ensuring prompt and efficient service. In 2017, in line with our commitment to better serve our expanding customer base, we opened a second warehouse in Riddings, Derbyshire. This expansion not only marks our growth but also reinforces our dedication to being readily available for our clients, wherever they are
